4. FIRST-AID MEASURE

CONTACT WITH SKIN:

Remove affected person from source of contamination. promptly wash contaminated skin with plenty of  soap or mild detergent and water. Promptly remove contaminated clothing (including shoes) and wash before reuse. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.

CONTACT WITH EYES:

If substance has got into eyes, immediately wash out with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes . Seek  medical advice.

INGESTION:

NEVER MAKE AN UNCONSCIOUS PERSON VOMIT OR DRING FLUIDS!

Do not induce vomiting, give plenty of water to drink to dilute the chemical.

Seek immediate medical attention.

INHALATION:

Remove patient to fresh air. Seek medical attention if ill effects occur.

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES

Not flammable. In  case  of  fire  use  extinguishing  media  appropriate  to  surrounding conditions. Prevent  run off  water  from  entering  drains if  possible.

Keep container(s) exposed to fire cool, by spraying with water

May  give  off  noxious  and  toxic  fumes  in  a  fire,  do  not  breath  fumes.

 

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Wear protective clothing as per section 8.

Contain spillage by any means possible.

Absorb  spillage  in  suitable  inert  material  and  place  in  appropriate  container.

Ventilate  the  area  and  wash  spill  site  after  material  pick- up  is  complete.

Neutralize with soda ash.

This  product  contains  phosphoric  acid, butoxyethoxyethanol  and  non- ionic  surfactants. The phosphoric  acid   will  dissociate  in  water  and  the  phosphate  ions  become  part  of  the  natural  phosphorus   cyclus.  The  butoxyethoxyethanol  as  well as  the  surfactants  in  this  product  are  low  toxic  and   biodegradable.  The  release  into  the  environment  in  diluted   form  will pose  little  or  no  hazard sciences.
